Do all novel drugs "clear" CLL cells in blood, lymph nodes and bone marrow?
Do all novel drugs (non-chemotherapy) "clear" CLL cells in blood, lymph nodes and bone marrow? Or perhaps some drugs clear CLL cells only in blood, but are unable to get into bone marrow?

Low HCG Level
So after receiving my positive result I’ve been having low hcg levels. First result was 49, second was 78, and third was 117. Dr says it’s not looking too good for a viable pregnancy. I have just been in tears ever since. He says since my numbers aren’t doubling as they should it’s looking like I might

Hcg levels 6800
Hi everyone, I’m so confused. We got told we had non viable pregnancy last week. We are still being monitored by our fertility clinic. Got bloods today and the hcg levels are still rising. Got scan last week and seen a sac but nothing inside it. Are we being silly and thinking we could still be in

Hey my lovely ladies. I haven’t been on the site for a while it’s been a hell of a year. Hope you are all well and happy ❤️❤️❤️ So after my last chemical in January after my FET I’ve decided to give myself a break (1 natural early miscarriage and 3 chemicals after IVF transfer). All was going really

HCG too high - Molar pregnancy?
Hi, I had my first bloods done on Saturday at 4+2 and my HCG Was 822. I put it done to having two embryos put back but then I had my HCG tested again at 5+1 and it was over 7000! Does this mean I’m having a molar pregnancy? Can anyone help who has been in this position? I’m beside myself.

Ectopic pregnancy.
After a rollercoaster 2/3 weeks we have been told that our pregnancy is ectopic. Hcg levels on Monday where 972. We got a scan today to see if there was a sac but nurse couldn’t see anything and even got another nurse to check to make sure. Got another blood test after the scan and got results back

Early MC- clinic tells me to keep taking medicine. Why?
Hello lovely people, I really feel bad posting this as it's so negative and I know most people doing IVF want positive and encouraging stories. My embryo, which looked like a squatted fly after defrosting, managed to stick around but only for a little bit. On day 5w2d I noticed some slight yellow coloured

Slow hcg
Not sure what this all means, I had a scan yesterday and it showed only a small possible gestational sac in my uterus and hcg levels were 2847. She couldn’t see anything at all that looked ectopic. If I go off my last period I should be 5w5d but I definitely ovulated early like day 8 or 9 of my cycle

Progesterone level drop, but HCG going up nicely. CONFUSED!
Hi ladies. I would love you advice. I just received a call to say my progesterone levels have dropped, but my HCG is going up nicely. They have topped up my progesterone. Has this happened to people and did it work in time?

Disease Flare During Temporary Interruption of Ibrutinib Therapy in Patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia ( CLL ) - Pseudo Richters
Several of us have reported our CLL symptoms have come roaring back after discontinuing Ibrutinib/imbruvica with even a few cases of what's been termed pseudo-Richters, where some patients appear to have even undergone unnecessary R-CHOP chemoimmunotherapy as our member Priss69 has reported:
