Curable app
It is an app that focuses on managing
chronic
pain
. It has quite a lot of positive reviews on Google, but I wanted to check out if anyone here had any luck with it? Or maybe you are using something else that works? Please let me know. 🙂

Pregabalin
I've been prescribed Pregabalin for my
Chronic
pain
but advised about the risks of respiratory depression and with my asthma being so bad I'm cautious about taking it. Has anyone else ever taken it? They've only given me a very low dose but I'm still wary.

Can you describe a flare?
I know this may seem like a daft question to some of you experienced PMR sufferers but when you say flare, does this mean returning to the days of
chronic
pain
in the shoulders, groin and wherever or is it just some pain has returned and if this is the case, to what degree? For example.

Two Years On - What Treatment?
My pain levels are an average of 7/10, but I'm not allowed painkillers because the UK doesn't treat
chronic
pain
with painkillers anymore [because they're not a solution, therefore not allowed - which is BS, but that's politics stepping into medicine for ya].

Nose surgery??
I had a major jaw surgery in 2022 to correct a severe underbite, and resultant
chronic
pain
. I've been super self conscious of my nose (and the rest of my face) since and am having therapy. But I'm also considering getting nose surgery. What are your thoughts? What would you change?

Impact of brief CBT on chronic pain and anxiety
I am doing a research study about the impact of brief Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on people with
chronic
pain
and anxiety. I would appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to complete both parts.

Hi, I'm wondering had anyone had a Ketamine Infusion for
chronic
pain
? And if so, did it affect you in any way and did you get relief from it? I'm due one tmrw. Pain doc previously told me that it "messes with your head".
