Hi,

Some spaces have become available for today's (Tuesday 16th October) online Pain Education session. This will take place between 11am-1pm. To book, please follow the link here: ow.ly/bz3450SZb7g

The sessions will focus on understanding what pain is and self-management strategies that can be implemented to manage pain better. The session is suitable for both people living with chronic pain, and anyone who supports someone living with pain (eg carer, health care professional).

Further session dates are also available to book on the above link if today isn't convenient for you.
