Is anyone else suffering out there with the evil chilblains on their fingers at the moment? - I thought in Spring there would be respite!

i did have last spring and summer so i know how it feels to have them at a time when we should be fine. I found sudo cream helped slightly with the itching - the spring summer ones wernt any where near as bad as the winter ones i had just got over. I also put a really light finger bandage over them for some of the time as it ment i couldnt scratch them to make them worse. also i imagine it kept them marginally warmer.

They got me by surprise as i was outside on a warm day but it was windy which had caused a really bad raynauds day for me, i didnt take gloves with me like an idiot. I have learnt my lesson and always have gloves no matter how tropical it is outside.

Im also on medication all year round now which helps.

Hope you get rid of them soon.
