When should I take gabapentin and buprenorphine ?
I am planning on starting to withdraw from pramipexole. I have been prescribed gabapentin on a daily dose of 3 x 600mg daily to start taking as I withdraw off pramipexole. Should I start with 600mg for a few days, then add another 600mg dose say a week later, and then an additional 600mg a week after

Buprenorphine triggers RLS (briefly)?
I have noticed this three times in the last few weeks, after being on suboxone (sub-lingual strips) for last 2 months. Within 5 minutes of taking the suboxone, my RLS will kick in (generally at a medium-ish intensity). I've not rode it out to see how long it lasts - I've taken some cannabis to lessen

Pramipexole - update
PROGRESS - have done 15 days on one Pramipexole tablet per night. About to change to half a tablet. SLEEP - managing OK PAIN - I was hoping for Buprenorphine; Dr gave me CoCodamol. Have to say it is not touching the augmentation/ withdrawal pain. CONCERN- I need better pain relief to get through

Buprenorphine Patch
Buprenorphine patch 10mg prescribed for chronic pain 18 months ago. No follow up as to reactions, efficacy etc. Did have skin reactions but decided to ‘grin and bear it’. Personally I did not feel I was getting any pain relief and decided to continue to occasionally take my Cocodamol. Have queried

Gabapentin success
I've had RLS for over 35 years getting worse as I get older. I'm now 74. I did well on mirapexin 0.09mgs for years. Then it made my RLS worse and it moved to my arms . I came off it with the help of tramadol 50mgs. I started alternating mirapexin and tram ,it wasn't perfect but better than nothing, Then

Buprenorphine - paired with sleeping tablets, UK
Hello all I take 0.800 mcgs of Buprenorphine for RL and R, arms. This works well for me in 'covering' my RLS. I have had very poor sleep for the last 30 years, ever since my thyroid stopped working and my Restless legs increased in severity, (post partom). Buprenorphine makes my insomnia worse. I

Buprenorphine and antidepressants
I have had RLS for 50 years and depression right along with it. Wellbutrin has worked well, but I still get periods of severe depression on it. Since discontinuing the Pramipexole 3 months ago, the depression has been very severe. Not sure if was stopping the Pramipexole or starting the Bup. has anyone

Success (I hope) with Gabapentin
I have had RLS for more years than I can remember. For years I took mirapexin till I augmented. I tried Pregabalin but I felt dizzy all the time and I put on a lot of weight quickly. I started tramadol and then alternated between that and mirapexin ( yes I went back on it). I coped like this for a long
