Various questions, sorry 🥹
I know most of you will understand my frustration, pushing and pushing for a
biopsy
and for no one to take me seriously because apparently I’m ’too Young’ to have lupus and ‘just have anxiety’. Since having this
biopsy
, and as time progressed on as did my symptoms.

amitriptyline?
Endoscopy years ago showed some duodenum flare up, took
biopsy
no issue or concern from this. Apart from this I’m on the waiting list a second time to see a specialist until then they want me to try this medication! 🤔

Docetaxel not working so stopped
My inclination is to take things into my own hands at this point - self-fund a liquid
biopsy
to see if there are any mutations that suggest treatments. If this is negative, I plan to self-pay for Pluvicto if I am eligible for it. Not cheap, but my options are running out.

Scared newbie
I have had an mri, just waiting on pet which is next Friday,
biopsy
Monday praying for answers by the 19th. I'm obviously really struggling to sleep, 14 hours in 5 days, I can't switch off. I have an amazing amount of love and support and I am extremely lucky. But I'm absolutely devastated.

Crohns diagnosis
However I have had a ct scan and a conosloscopy which is normal although still waiting for
biopsy
results to come back. I am now booked to have an MRI small bowel endoscopy as my consultant thinks crohns could be in my small bowel.

early concerns/ paranoia
Then of course
biopsy
would follow. I know this is early days and I could be over-reacting. Any advice early on to look out for as this proceeds?

Should I be requesting a bone marrow
biopsy
and should I be seeking treatment to try and reduce the mutation? If this is possible? Should I advise other members of my family to get tested for JAK2 mutations, parents, sister, daughters? Thanks in advance to any responses

Inherited aggressive pc
Brother had psa of 10 at age 59 and dre revealed some abnormality,
biopsy
revealed pc and he had 20 sessions EBRT and no ADT, no problems after, that was 12 years ago, he can't remember his gleason score and has lost his
biopsy
report. I've been diagnosed favourable intermediate risk.

After some Advice
Following this my urologist said that a follow up
biopsy
may be required. My Question should I also ask for a PMSA, I have read that this type of imagining picks up smaller lesions plus by having this test it scans the whole body for any other type of disease

15 years ago my husband had 43 radiation treatments after PSA reached 50 & his 3rd
biopsy
showed 1 core to have cancer., Gleason was 3-3. He has had Lupron injections since then.

Prostate MRI results - Advice appreciated
https://healthunlocked.com/prostate-cancer-community/posts/149787043/second-opinion-on-
biopsy
Here is the MRI results. I have a transperineal MRI scheduled at Johns Hopkins later this month. This will be about 8 months after my initial TRUS
biopsy
. What does the "HEMORRHAGE" section mean?
