Is this an American Site
I still wasn't happy and got him to have a PSA done a month later it had gone up to 50, then the oncologist started to take note and he was put on
BICALUTAMIDE
. 5-6 weeks later I still wasn't happy and he had started to struggle, got another PSA test done and had jumped to 444.

New to all this. Not even sure what to ask.
Started immediately (early March) with
Bicalutamide
and Lupron shot 2 weeks later. I am taking
Bicalutamide
and Flomax daily (in addition to calcium and D3). My oncologist just recommended switching from
Bicalutamide
to Zytiga, which I will start today.

BRCA And Parp inhibitors
I have been through
Bicalutamide
(Casodex), Chemo (Docataxel), Zytiga and Xtandi treatments. All have worked for a while and then failed. Recently I was confirmed with BRCA2 gene mutation, both germaine and in a sample tumor.

Is Provenge working for me?
Doctor has now ordered a bone scan and talks of adding Zytiga or Xtandi to current meds of Lupron every three months and daily
Bicalutamide
. Interested in learning of experience with Provenge. My doctor says it might still be working. I am skeptical.

It's been a while....,
PSA is still falling, but nowhere near the rate of the first 4 weeks on Triptorelin/
Bicalutamide
(from 9.9 on 27/02/2018 to 1.2 on 03/04/2018.) Since starting Zytiga/prednisolone it's gone down to 0.97 (13/04/2018), 0.78 (07/05/2018) 0.67 (21/05/2018), so I am hopeful the trend will continue.

Bicalutamide
50 MG daily, Xgeva for bone health. Also, had spot radiation both legs, shoulder, helped with pain. Thinking I need to push harder for Zitiga instead of

New to Your Group
Started radiation therapy on 2/6/2018 in conjunction with 50 mg dose of
Bicalutamide
daily. Finished week 5 (of 8) weeks of RT today. As of 3/4 weeks ago, gynecomastia began to manifest despite 3 radiation treatments to chest to prevent.

my Treatment plus depression
This is all after my initial treatment of 6 months of
bicalutamide
and 6 rounds of taxotere. I also had to have a metal stent robotically inserted through my penis (that was not fun) I also did not handle the chemo well. Was in ER a few times because of it.

Rising PSA along with rectal pain
Take daily 50 mg
bicalutamide
for the last 6 months and 2 Lupron shots. Scheduled for another Lupron on Monday. Unless she decides to go in another direction. My main concern is the rectal pain that also returned. Taking oxycodone for the pain. Thanks, Ralph
