I don’t know of any trial that tested it against
bicalutamide
. Mohammad et al https://www.mdpi.com/2072-6694/9/12/166 My history: diagnosed 2002, radical prostatectomy, external beam radiation, ADT (zolodex),
bicalutamide
. All were done serially after the previous had failed.

Daughter's Questions
He is now on
bicalutamide
and Lupron as of the 3rd. Can we be more aggressive - it sounds like the leak to lymph-node indicates 'no'. Thanks anyone, loving daughter K

Very Young Guy, Kitchen Sink Guinea Pig
Down to .2 after one shot of Zoladex and a month of
bicalutamide
. I too found an oncologist at a major centre who subscribes to the kitchen sink for oligo theory and am doing a trial with definitive treatment intent.

Bicalutamide
and Triptorelin 11.25mg after every 3 months and PSA reduced to near 0.
Bicalutamide

Is there any benefit to postponing chemo treatments?
Hey all, My Dad is currently on
Bicalutamide
and gets his first Lupron shot next week. These were both prescribed by his urologist. Additionally, his oncologist recommended starting chemo as soon as his kidneys stabilized which they now are.

Rapid PSA, Failed Treatment.
I have had Lupron (7.5 yrs)
Bicalutamide
(1yr), Enzalutamide (2yrs), and Zytiga (2 months). It is the nature of my cancer to have a rapid PSA rise once a treatment has failed, however this is the fastest rise in my PSA.

Add Zytiga?
Placed on Luprilide,
Bicalutamide
50 MG daily, spot radiation and Xgeva. PSA went down in 2 months under 0.1, still u/0.1. The more I read the more I believe should press to add Zytiga.

It went up to 23, after taking
bicalutamide
it's been going down. Down to 14 as of last test. For the past couple weeks I've been on Zytiga/Prednisone. I hate taking pills. I hate how they're making me feel. My doctor says there's no cure. So yeah...I'm scared.

TURP scheduled tomorrow - concerns
Cheltenham General hospital offering only older ADT drugs (cocktail of
bicalutamide
plus others), or chemo or Radium 223. Not really sure what direction to go in.. very limited options left it seems with such an aggressive PCa.
