Hi all! I've been part of this group for a couple of years now and never had the courage to write anything, however I feel as though I am running out of options and would love some advice. Here's my story, You'll have to bear with me. After being miss-diagnosed for 7 years with IBS I finally had a diagnostic

Prostap wearing off?
Does anyone know how long it takes for prostap to wear off? Been back to gynae today and after 3 months she doesn't want me to have anymore because I'm in my early 30's - being booked in for diagnostic lap to see what's going on( hopefully finally get a diagnosis)

Prostap and back therapy with Tibolone.
Hi I was wondering if anyone can give me some advise I am due to have an injection of prostap and the second treatment cycle of prostap to start tibolone. I have stage 3 endo and the pain is harsh, hence why I am having the injection but my worry is weight gain. I am struggling as it is to lose weight

Side effects of Prostap
Hi all I'm 23 with endometriosis and polycystic ovaries. I had a lap last year and have been told that the endo has come back. There was a lot of it in a few places. My gynecologist suggested prostap to have a temporary menopause. I had my first injection 6 weeks ago and have felt really emotional

Prostap...Pill
Hi All I've been to my appointment this week and has now been confirmed my case has gone to 2nd opinion by a specialist in Liverpool. I asked about being on the pill and prostap and still having periods. She now has suggested stop the pill and just prostap for another 6 months. She said this may then

STILL HAVING PERIODS AFTER 6 MONTHS OF PROSTAP...
Hi All I have stage 4 endometriosis. Was diagnosed last September. I have now been on prostap for 6 months together with the pill and still having periods. Is this normal? I have had all investigations as to how severe the endometriosis is and where it's damaging/sitting. I am back at the hospital for

I'm 27 in a few weeks, and my husband is 31, we've been trying to conceive for just over 2 years. After numerous tests, I had surgery in June 2014 to remove

Pain after exercise?
Hey! I'm currently battling the endo-fatigue to train for the Leeds Total Warrior race (raaargh!) in June this year. I used to go running a lot but stopped when my endo first came to its peak a couple of years ago as I couldn't do anything strenuous without excruciating pain/bleeding loads. One lap and

Post prostap problems.
I had my last prostap injection last August. Then in September I had surgery to remove my right Ovary which had a large cyst on it. I also had some of my Endometriosis removed. The operation was a success and I have had no problems since. The only thing is that my left Ovary has not kicked back into

Stage 4 endometriosis
Hi All I have finally had my last lot of investigations. They have said my endometriosis isn't within the bowl or bladder it's covering the walls on the outside. It's affecting a lot of organs and the surgery would be open and major with a lot of high risks. The surgeon yesterday recommends I stay on
