Baker cyst

In my case a Baker cyst in my left knee. Mild arthritis was also diagnosed in the left knee. The orthopaedist I consulted back then insisted that running is bad and that I should never run again. Wrong.

Pain never goes

Thankfully all i have at the moment is a recurrence of my baker cyst in the knee..so that's swollen like a balloon making it look as if am.wearing skinny jeans albeit on one leg.. So, i ll see how this goes.

The doctor has told me it’s a Baker Cyst which he hasn’t seen on the side of the knee before. I am active as I run and go to the gym twice a week but I have been told to stop all exercise for a few weeks.

Is the a relation between developing a baker cyst and you are a known case of hypothyrodism

Hi, I have been told by the rheumy nurse when I asked to have one that .. "they don't tell us much" but I said they tell us more than not looking. I wasn't rude but I was fobbed off. Told it is only when there is preparation for surgery for knee replacement they can. I am not happy as this is cyst

Hi dear folks, I am awaiting my GP appointment Friday about my RA/biologic fears and this Baker Cyst. Just wondered if any of you had heard of the Osmosis patches to go behind the knee?

I now have a Baker´s Cyst on the other knee and am struggling to get out and do anything because it's so painful. Even having my knee injected with a steroid (the one with the cyst) hasn´t relieved it.

That was the leg which had the Baker cyst which burst. Both sides of jaw have seized up this week as well which has made eating difficult and have had a lot of mouth ulcers and soreness in the roof of my mouth as well. I must be keeping Bonjela going at present.
