Good things outweighing bad things
Hi. Bad things: Our cat Poppy died. Nigel keeps wondering where she is and tells our carer that he does not think I know. Apparently the cat buried in the garden was one that fell off the roof but not Poppy. The day care rest home has once more said that they cannot accommodate Nigel as he gets too agitated

Ankle swelling
I was taking admantadine for six months I stopped it because I developed swelling of the ankles well one ankle... But my ankle still swelling I thought it was the amantadine but my toes curl under also. My question is do you know whether or not dystonia causes swelling of the ankle.. I'm guessing it's

Amantadine
Hi everyone, What is the story with Amatadine? Has anybody tried this? If so, please share your experiences. I take Selegeline, which works pretty well but as it gets close to the time to take my dose I really know it; if not, I get pretty shakey. Also, I’m interested in the amount of years that people

Amandatine for fatigue; anyone else on this?
I started Ocrevus at the end of May 1st ½ injection and 2ns early June. My fatigue has gotten butter but my new normal had me passing out at 9 not able to help put the kids to bed and feeling like 8/9 hours asleep was never enough. This turned into a lack of focus and more fatigue and experimentation

Tremors
After 5 years, my tremors have increased to a point were they are far more than just inconvenient. I tried C/L for about 2-1/2 moths, but it made me horribly ill and didn't seem to do much for the tremors. I take amantadine 100 mg three times a day, and ropinirole 8 mg once a day. Has anyone had any

Orthostatic hypotension tidbits : PIGD, amantadine
Factors related to orthostatic hypotension in Parkinson's disease. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/22336566/ CONCLUSION: OH was significantly related to older age, polypharmacy and amantadine or diuretics intake, while entacapone exposure appeared to reduce the risk of OH. Low concordance

New to this Forum, Mom of 4 Boys & my 12yo is HFASD & ADHD I’m so curious about finding him the safest CBD oil...
So as I stated I want to get my baby on a more natural path as opposed to the 5-6 meds he is currently taking...of which we still have our daily challenges! Haloperidol, Amantadine, Prazosin, Ritalin & Concerta(aka extended release Ritalin) he also takes Zyrtec and Montukast daily for his seasons allergies

To fellow MSers
Has anyone used Amantadine (generic form of Symmetrel) for MS fatigue? My neurologist just prescribed this to me. 1 tsp. daily.

Trials
Since 2012 I continuously tried various approaches and gauged or judged the benefit: sinemet, coconut oil, amantadine, keto diet, Neupro patches, mucuna, plus other park drug's name I cannot recall. This list could be longer. In all I never experienced placebo effect nor notable improvement. Thiamin

My Sinemet CR plus IR protocol
I take one 50/200 CR plus one half of 25/100 IR every 4 hours. Also, amantadine, 100 mg twice per day. Also, 10 mg methylphenidate once per day. The CR + IR at 2,6,10 am and 2,6,10 pm. I am still in a rehab facility wherein pd meds and meals -served times are almost always in conflict. 7.45 am and 11.45
