Don't know but if amantadine is causing edema is it really worth it?

I have ordered an omron 10 with wrist cuff.

High dose Sinemet cr plus 25.100 ir plus methylphenidate plus amantadine led to too much vasodilation.

I haven't yet started taking amantadine, but I do have bad swelling in one lower leg due to having broken that leg several years ago and now having a lot of metal in it. When the levodopa wears off, the swelling gets worse. I control the swelling by wrapping an ace bandage around my lower leg every morning and leaving it on until I go to bed. I don't wrap it tightly - just medium pressure works very well for me. I've never tried a compression stocking, but I think I might prefer the ace bandage over the compression stocking because I can control and vary the amount of pressure with the ace bandage.
