2nd pBAT cycle results: AR upregulation? Double strand breaks? Darolutamide?

The hiT cycle was cut short by 2 injections because of a plan to SBRT treat a pelvic lymph node chain that lit

Interpreting blood tests
I've been on ADT for 4 months in preparation for RT and then HDR BT. I have localised G8 with an initial PSA of 8.1 Prior to commencing ADT, my PSA inexplicably dropped to 4.94 but then rose to 5.37 within 2 months. Anyway, here are my test results before starting ADT; These are Aussie measurements

PSMA PET Scan - Help Interpreting Report?
Hello, My husband had his first PSMA PET scan done today, and I am hoping someone who understands PSMA PET reports can help us interpret/understand the results as well as what to expect or ask for in terms of any further testing and/or treatment? My profile is updated with his history, but in a nutshell

Hi My husband was diagnosed about 9 years ago with PC 4+3 with possible Met to hip bone. Have been on Decapeptyl 6 months injections. Have had Xandi and now Erleada. PSA increase.
My PSA has increased from .13 to .73 in 3 1/2 months. Does this mean I am castrate resistant. Or does it need to increase over a couple more samples first. Can my PSA change this much for other reasons. I am currently on Lupron. Thanks for any input.

Hypogonadism, heat flushing, and testosterone replacement
Hi all, It is almost a year since I had my external beam radiation for Gleason 7 (3+4) PCa (see my profile). So far so good: 4 PSA tests were reassuringly low. I am now almost 82 and I am hoping to deal with my strange heat-flushing problem, which I have had for several years. It predates my cancer

PSMA Results
I’m five years Post surgery including removal of prostate & lymph nodes. Gleason 8 with Intraductal. Four years post stereotactic radiotherapy to the left iliac area following a PSMA

Newly Diagnosed with High Cholesterol
I’m an otherwise healthy 53 year old who had a PSA blood test, and while that was thankfully clear, I was told I had high cholesterol (above 7.5). I’ve been put on a statin and have started a healthy eating and increased exercise regime. I consider my diet was pretty healthy anyway but have cut out red

Sword of Damocles
Hi, I am a month away from completing my initial treatment (external beam and brachytherapy, followed by 2 years of Lupron, Zytiga, and prednisone). I am not sure what to expect as my oncologist was not effusive in showing me a life I can expect. I expect that withing 3-4 months my psa will tell me

PSA after salvage Brachy
an update for those that have asked questions about Salvage HDR Brachytherapy: I’m nearly 3 months out and had PSA test yesterday. Results were: 0.5. Using Abbott CMIA. This equals the nadir in 2014. Headed in right direction. Any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.

PSA declining?
My PSA was 5.18 in 11/22, 3.26 in January 2023, and 5.88 in March 2023. I had a biopsy in July 2023 which found cancer in 3 of 13 cores. On October 4, my PSA dropped to 1.5. I had another PSA test on 11/8 and it was 1.0. I stopped taking an IM testosterone shots in March 2023 and my testosterone
