I was diagnosed with Afib in late August. Had a cardioversion that lasted a week. Went on to Sotalol- kicking and screaming all the way. As of two days ago my 24/7 Afib stopped and I am in Sinus Rhythm. Dr. said it was due to Sotalol and if I stop it the Afib will return. My heart is enlarged noted

Cardioversion yesterday. On bisoprolol 7.5 for AFib but also needed post MI. Pulse 47/54. Will pulse gradually improve over next few days?
Had stemi. Cardiac arrest and stent fitted 3 months ago. Was in continuous AFib till cardio version. Bisoprolol was for AFib but also to help damaged heart muscle heal post heart attack ( best dose for that is 10mg). So trying not to decrease it. If I stay in sinus rhythm will my pulse improve?

Can anyone give me any information on AFib and sleep apnea please
I’m 59 woman in continuous AFib for last 3 months after heart attack. Noticed on occasions I’m waking up in the night to breath. Feeling I can’t get my breath. This has got worse over last few weeks. I’m a normal BMI. I’m also falling asleep at times downstairs 🙈🙈

What is the success rate of an Ablation?
It looks to me like about 50%. My doc is hell bent on trying to stop my Afib as it is non stop and he says that my heart will grow in size and I will have trouble breathing in years to come. I have not seen this noted before on any of the remarks. I have had a cardioversion, lasted a week. Now on

Transcript to interview with Dr. Catherine Hamilton, co-creator of the Coronet Duo Red Hat.
This is Michel2020's project and he posted links to this and a few other videos a while back. This transcript takes up a lot of room so I am posting it separately from jimcaster's post down thread. --------- Red light therapy Sep 8, 2021 Nosilverbullet4pd https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RscgHLusImc

A question about Flecainide
When in first-time sustained AF this year, I was prescribed Flecainide in an attempt to return me to sinus rhythm. This did not work and subsequently I was given a DCCV which I’m pleased to say did the trick. Following the consultant’s recommendation, I am now taking Flecainide (50 mg twice a day) to

Antibiotics
I had a tetanus jab and a course of antibiotics, 500mg 3 times a day. Which finished 17th September. I'm still experiencing wrist and hand pain, feeling fatigued also having muscular aches and pains in feet, knees and ankles. I have ordered a medichecks blood test and wonder should there be a gap

After the elation of self converting back to NSR after a full blown episode of everyone’s favourite monster…. Afib, that lasted just over 30 hours, a mere four days later and I’m back in it and now at the same 30ish hour point and feeling dreadful and convincing myself this could be another seven day

Watchman Device
I was diagnosed with afib only one time during a routine checkup. It was never found again. I even bought an afib detector that I test myself 3x a day. I have never had any symptoms. With that said, I realize afib is a progressive type of issue. In view that I have great cholesterol numbers and nothing

Anyone have ablation for asymptomatic afib/aflutter?
Hi. I appreciate the great answers and support from my previous question on this forum. I know the main reason for ablation is to eiminate afib, improve QoL and hopefully get off of the meds. This may be a stupid question but are there many people with asymptomatic afib/aflutter and heartrate of 70-

Can heart pounding ectopics come with pulsating head pressure?
I am new here, but have already found the site to be very informative and helpful. For more than a year now, almost daily and usually at the end of the day, I have been experiencing pulsating head pressure and sometimes a sense of dizziness. The head pulsations often seem to sync with heart pounding
