I can’t cry
My
anxiety
is through the roof lately, I can literally feel the weight on my chest and I have the urge to scream or cry but I can’t get it out. Or when I feel like it might come out it’s at totally random times where it’s not really appropriate.

Good Afternoon
I hope to find support and give support to people struggling with
anxiety
and depression. I think mine has stemmed from years of childhood emotional abuse. I still feel at times worthless and self esteem is low. I have many blessings, but just feel like a dark cloud looms at times.

I've been dealing with
anxiety
for what feels like 20 years I'm only 30 so it's been fun some weeks or days im good then others it feels like I'm dying! I've had multiple tests done and all came back positive. I used to smoke drink and smoke Marijuana to help with it but never fully did.

There is hope…
I’ve always had a bit of depression and
anxiety
, but since I got COVID a month or so ago my
anxiety
has been debilitating…to the point where I haven’t been able to feel any emotion but fear and panic since it started.
