Checking anything else you take is effecting your RLS meds.
Also OTC cold and cough meds. can make things worse,
antihistamines
are usually a no no for us... Keep yourselves informed, it might just be whats stopping your RLS meds from working and keeping you awake...

antihistamines.
my hay fever is playing up. I've been trying both cetirizine and piriton and neither seem to be helping at all. is there anything else which can be bought over the counter, or will I need to see my gp/cons to get something stronger prescribed?

Is it Vasculitis?
In May 2011 I had a terrible rash on both arms which was very itchy, red and spotty which when scratched joined together. Several visits to my GP surgery finally resulted in being referred to Glos Royal Hosp and I saw a dermatologist who said you have urticaria vasculitis. Full blood count, high dose

going camping??!!
Well, we decided to give camping a go! Went and bought a tent and all the other bits needed. Booked a site for this weekend. Anyway I was told by someone a few days ago that I was selfish taking an Asthmatic child camping. :( I was so upset! Firstly, I wouldn't do anything at all to put my little girl

Does this sound like asthma?
Hi everyone. My son has had on-off breathing problems since he was about 1.5 but we've never been given a definative answer as to whether he has asthma or not. He doesn't get wheezy when he exercises but if we go away on holiday (we live in London), it's almost guaranteed he'll start coughing when we

Antihistamine options?
Hi all, my son has been on an antihistamine for a couple for months now for chronic rhinitis and they were working a treat. However the last few weeks, it's all come back and it's triggering his asthma a bit. I'm suspecting it's hayfever starting up. He's on cetirizine but was wondering what other options

Please, any ideas?? Swelling of the face!
I went home and gave her usual dose of
antihistamines
which helped. This week, it happened again and lasted a couple of days. Her face was so swollen that her eyes looked like little pits! She looked like she'd been for several rounds with Mike tyson!!
