Hi Gerry, sorry you haven't received any replies. I am 9 months post RP and just started BiMix injections this past week. My urologist gave me a low test dose (not sure of the dose) of TriMix in his office and it gave me a partial erection within a few minutes. The bad news is it hurt pretty badly. So he prescribed BiMix (low dose to start) for me which I've used twice now with good effect. I used 10 units the first time and 15 units the second. It works pretty well with absolutely no pain for me but not a full erection either. I will probably up the dose to 20 units tomorrow. BTW, they say to only use injections 3-4 times weekly.
