Questions about protocol changes regarding ADT from 2nd opinion.
However I do have the evidence of
adenocarcinoma
in the prostate and am starting on this road through RT (with an OAR barrier) and ADT scheduled next month. My question: is there a difference between Eligard and Lupron? My reading says they are for "advanced prostate cancer."

Welcome to Stage Denial
I was diagnosed with prostate
adenocarcinoma
in August 2023, shortly after returning from a 50th-anniversary cruise with my wife. As of November 3rd, after a biopsy, MRI, and Pet/CT Scan, the diagnosis is stage IVA prostate cancer with lesions showing up in a nearby lymph node. Great!

Adenocarcinoma
Prostate) stage 4, with PSA of 687. PCa had reached bones but not other major organs. He was put on Abiraterone and Degarelix.

squamous cell lung cancer
I see many posts about
adenocarcinoma
but none on NSCLC Squamous cell. Can anyone share their experience with squamous cell lung cancer. Also if anyone has had PNI (peri neural invasion). After surgery I also have a lot of high grade dysplasia in bronchial margins.

hi my mum has just been diagnosed with possible stage3-4
Adenocarcinoma
if the right lung and her lymph nodes are inflamed, the cancer is contained in the lungs currently. We are waiting for an oncologist appointment to discuss treatment.

Thoughts on bilobectomy
I was diagnosed with t2b n1 m0

Updates on my father
Given the history of high-grade prostatic
adenocarcinoma
, this could represent a sarcomatoid component of prostatic carcinosarcoma, though no epithelial differentiation is identified within the sampled tissue.
