Ductal Component
Pathology showed Gleason 4+3 - grade group 3 -
adenocarcinoma
with Ductal components- No LN involvement and PET scan before tx was clear of other spots in body. Genetic Testing will be done -no results for several weeks Is the “Ductal components” in the pathology a big concern ?

Signet Ring Cell
I had a lymph node biopsy that showed "Metastatic poorly differentiated
adenocarcinoma
with signet ring cell features consistent with pulmonary primary" I have not yet had a PET scan or MRI to see the spread if the cancer.

Association between genetically proxied glucosamine and risk of cancer and non-neoplastic disease: A Mendelian randomization study
In contrast to prior observational research, our genetic investigations demonstrate a positive correlation between habitual glucosamine consumption and an elevated risk of sigmoid colon cancer, lung

, and benign neoplasm of the thyroid gland.
