Acupuncture- what’s everyone thoughts??
Hi, after 2 miscarriages and waiting on first IVF appointment I thought I’d try
acupuncture
. Been having it weekly for the last 3 months. Don’t feel any physical difference but hopeful it’s doing something! What are people’s thoughts on this?

Nerve pain left leg 24/7
Contrary, i had increased pain. i tried everying under the sun including pt,
acupuncture

Went for
acupuncture

Update
So I went to get
acupuncture
and it’s helped me so much. Still don’t want to be alone tbh but also been taking traditional Chinese herbs and cbd oil and it’s helped me so so much I’m going to continue
acupuncture
. This is the first time that when I got a panic attack the feelings didn’t go away.

Had my first
acupuncture
session on Tuesday and he said every Tuesday. He is trying to stimulate my dead adrenal glands thanks to steroids, of course silly me I forgot they produce adrenaline, which is why not having any, I feel flat as a pancake.

EFT : I know there has to be members on this forum who have tried EFT, but I can only find one very brief discussion on EFT in this forum???
Acupuncture
uses needles to apply pressure to these energy points. EFT uses fingertip tapping to apply pressure. Proponents say the tapping helps you access your body’s energy and send signals to the part of the brain that controls stress.

Having
acupuncture
really helped me relax (as much as is possible with IVF) but also helped me feel somewhat sane throughout the process. I had the Paulus protocol for the
acupuncture
.
Acupuncture
before the transfer then after the transfer.

Acupuncture specialist
Hi everyone, I had my first appointment today with an
acupuncture
specialist, well worth the 1hr drive! He makes no promises but he has many successes stories. This has made me feel more positive, and also maybe because he stuck them everywhere... 🤣💉including my head.

FET done after a very emotional day!🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀
Hi ladies Hope you're all ok. I've had a long day! It started with a 1.5hr drive to our clinic for our FET. We were very lucky to have 3 frosties and the embryologist was going to try thawing one blastocyst for transfer and then ring us en route. We got the call at 10 this morning, the first embryo

Interested in hearing how your intrusive thoughts started and what meds you take. Would be helpful.
I do CBT, eat well, go to group therapy, exercise, naturopath,
acupuncture
you name it. I am now stating yoga which is helping. Did other people have intrusive thoughts that came on suddenly after a particular kind of stress? What was the stress? Mine seems to be kids and school.

2nd IVf fail in two months... is it me? Do I try a third or is this my body saying no
Hey guys just found out today that yet again we have failed our second frozen ivf transfer with donor eggs. I’m so angry and devastated. Our donor is 21 years old and everyone raves how great her eggs are but why won’t they implant? I swear this time I felt like I was pregnant until about day 4 when

The supplement adventure continues
Hello everyone, I had my 3-month follow up appt on Tuesday with my new-ish cardiologist. This was only our 2nd appt and I was curious to see how she'd respond to my research and questions about the supplements I've been taking and that I wrote about in separate posts here. I was thrilled that she was
