Acupuncture or Reflexology for IVF?
I've been meditating for a while and have heard/read that
acupuncture
and reflexology can also help. The thing is I'm not sure I can afford both depending on how regularly I'd need to have them.

How much Vitamin D do you take?
Hi All, I was worried Vitamin D deficiency could have been causing my miscarriages so i bought some to take in addition to my prenatal as a precaution. The acupuncturist said to buy/take 5000 IU per day which seemed high but I bought Solgar 4000 IU tablets. I then worried it might be too high and

Hello :)
Acupuncture
, CBD oil, diet, meditation, journaling. Does anyone have any tips on how to stop an attack in its tracks. I'll have a few good days then I will have anxiousness without reason. I'm praying this gets better.

This is super hard to deal with and the only thing that helps is a
acupuncture
because it forces my body to calm down. But my insurance doesn't cover accupuncute!

My tinnitus journey continues
I tried everything,
acupuncture
, supplements, hypnotherapy, diet changes and nothing worked. This went on for months and months. The main problem was sleep as I was getting about 2 hours a night, every time I laid down to relax I experienced terrible anxiety which made me sit bolt upright in bed.

2 failed embryo implantations but no known issues
We have unexplained infertility and have had 2 IVF cycles both resulting in BFN. Just before Covid shut clinics we had a fresh first round where everything was good. Great reaction to Stims, lining scans all fine 9 eggs collected all fertilized 1 wasn't so great so didn't freeze 1 replaced after 5 days

7.5 years post-BM still in dreadful head pain. Vision & hearing now fine, but debilitating severe pain in head. Any suggestions please?
I have tried so many things;
acupuncture
, vitamin and mineral supplements (esp B3, Magnesium, Q10 and various others over the 7+ years), flotation tanks, acupressure, Reiki, meditation (which is relaxing but doesn't get rid of the pain). I also now have Pulsatile Tinnitus.
