This is the 6th case of SARS-CoV2 vaccine-induced Sweet's syndrome (2 Pfizer, 2 AstraZeneca, 1 Moderna, 1 Janssen).

"Herein, we report a rare case of SS with vasculitis and transient IgA monoclonal gammopathy triggered by a Janssen Ad26.COV2.S vaccine."

"A 54-year-old male with no significant past medical history presented to the emergency department in significant pain, with tongue swelling and ulceration.
