Well I've got to week 7 of c25k and am aware that I'm not very strong or flexible, so here goes. I've downloaded all the strength and flex podcasts, and have done the first one indoors, walking round my kitchen, and hanging onto doorposts.
Not sure I'd be brave enough to do the exercises out of doors - running is ok, but hanging onto trees... But I didn't think I'd be happy running in daylight, so things may change. Or maybe I'll find a hidden tree somewhere!
It seemed pretty easy overall, though I may have overdone the leaning on a tree pressups, as I started while Laura was giving the instructions and ended up doing extras.
