🪢📿So posting this beginner friendly, 12 min guided Rooe Flow workout here might hold me accountable to get back to longer(ish) 12-min Rope Flow workouts. 📿🪢
‼️🚨But be aware, this combines lunges with squats, a bit of jumping and also various balances, all with various Rope Flows!🚨‼️
