Rope Flow Friday - Group Flow Choreography

I’m still slowly recovering from my sniffly cold, so my fitness activities have slowed down considerably.

So here is a video, a bit late, but just showing of the choreographed and synchronised rope flow skills of a team of women flowing in the Philippines.

As the rope flow community on YouTube is often dominated by male rope flowers, it’s nice to see this group of women show off their skill.
