I’m a bit down under, having been ill last weekend and my recovery progressing in 3 steps forward and 2 steps back. I still sound very raspy, but the worst is that I’m lacking any kind of energy. So I’m hoping that this will pass soon.
Consequence is that I’ve not done any workouts, runs or walks, and no rope flows this week but will have to get my mojo up and flowing again!
