Aaaaahhh, first day on my break, and I’m starting to feel like myself again!
Started this morning with hubby by doing a couple of workouts with both our steps.
And now just finished an hour of intensive rowing, the start to a 12 days of Christmas series by RowAlong. Quite late for 12 days, but it will keep me busy during the break, and the variety is perfect for the holiday season.
