My favourite online rowing coach has just started a new free series of follow-along indoor rowing sessions.
I’ve just jumped on that series, as it sounds too good to miss. All about using the indoor rower to get fit.
First video was a 2x15 min low intensity session.
I wouldn’t quite call it a low intensity session, maybe rather a low to mid intensity session, so doable but taxing as there was continuous rowing for 15 minutes at quite a mid-pace!
