Row31: First Rowing & Circuit Workout

Today I did the first of the 2023 Row31 daily workouts, organised by British Rowing.

Today was a great entry level session that included on and off the rower intervals:

- Warm up = 4 minutes light rowing

- Interval 1 = 3 x (20s light, 20s medium, 20s hard)

Circuit:

1) 30 sec light rowing, 45 sec seated shoulder press, with dumbbells

2) 30 sec light rowing, 45 sec seated twist, like Russian Twisys but on the rower,

3) 30 sec light rowing, 45 sec squats,

4) 30 sec light rowing, 45 sec lateral raise, lifting arms sideways, holding dumbbells,

5) 30 sec light rowing, 45 sec plank, 😱😱😱

6) 30 sec light rowing, 45 sec tricep extension, with one dumbbell

- Cooldown = 3 minutes of light rowing and stretch
