I’m at the moment eagerly awaiting if British Rowing is putting on another daily January workout plan for indoor rowers. #Row31 started during lockdown, but I think it’s become so popular that they are considering setting it up anew every year! There is a dedicated Facebook group and the community seems great! (Of course, nothing compared to our lovely HealthUnlocked community!)
And the medal looks sweet! Although only the one from last year is featured currently. The plan does look great, and there is a great mixture between:
- a variety of indoor rowing sessions (3 per week)
- a variety of off-rower strength & flex exercises (3 per week)
- and 1 enforced recovery day each Sunday
So if they do launch it again, I’ll be doing #Row31, as well as YWA CENTER, both rounding off my 3 runs per week. Perfect!
And if they don’t launch #Row31 2023, I might have to resort to the 2022 plan and medal:
