Week 1 run 1 (intervals) c25k format

Sorry wasn't sure where to put this. So have decided to re-do c25k but with a difference. Going to use it as interval training with the few by week 9 I should be doing a good pace for 5k. (in theory) if all else fails its a good structure to work on somthing. When I've to run it's a sprint or fast pace, when walking it's walk or very slow pace run. 1st one done.

I'm aiming to do the 3 a week until the walking stops, Ill miby drop to 2 when it's all running. We will see.

I agree that especially weeks 1 to 3 of C25K are good for interval training, even for experienced runners, although I think with proper interval training the walking breaks are shorter, good luck Johnny for your training 🏃🏾👍

They probably are to be fair, I'm just doing this for me and me being me I like following a plan. I'll give it a go, it gives me somthing to work towards. Still keep Sundays for my longer run. Thankyou tho
