Lunges only possible with two chairs, but the movement is getting easier, or more ‘known’.
My back doesn’t click anymore when I do squats. Not sure 🤔 if that’s good or bad, but it certainly feels better🤜 🤛🏼
Kickbacks, I need a pillow for my knees. Yes, I’m that old... but getting younger with every workout, every run!
