Butts, again!

I am back to the Butt workout! (It’s almost like my 12 week workout plan is trying to tell me something about my butt! 🤣🤣)

Lunges only possible with two chairs, but the movement is getting easier, or more ‘known’.

My back doesn’t click anymore when I do squats. Not sure 🤔 if that’s good or bad, but it certainly feels better🤜 🤛🏼

Kickbacks, I need a pillow for my knees. Yes, I’m that old... but getting younger with every workout, every run!

And big thanks for the support from this community, incl yourself. It helped me find a workout discipline that I didn’t know I possessed!
