Thank you for this. I repeated week 2, so 30 sec this week. I’m sooooo not enjoying or having fun with this (that surely is not possible) - just as I find it so difficult!!! But, have to say, I am enjoying the challenge and potential do-ability of the programme (the thought of being able to do a plank for 60 secs makes me slightly lightheaded!!). Found myself doing the 20 sec plank nearly every day this week!! And, Juju, with my 20 sec jelly plank ability, watching your awesome planks is like a mind-blowing and awesome🤯🤯🤯🤯🤩🤩🤩!
Sorry... not been checking in! Am planking most days but have yet to add more time on anything but an occasional one. Think I need less violent music that I still actually want to listen too 🤔

Sorry, haven’t been checking in. I’m still doing it nigh on everyday, but struggling to hold more than 30secs. I’m going to keep doing it though as with this and bridges, and some crunches, it does seem to help my running! Thanks for doing this 😁
Amazingly, I managed to do 40 seconds today. 😄 Not as steady as yourself, it must be admitted. 🥵 Quite glad we get 2 weeks to consolidate this one. 😳🤔😄
After three weeks of 20 sec, I did a 30 sec plank last night! 😊😊 . The emoji smile now, during the plank last night it was more 🥵🥵🤯🤯🥵🥵🥮🥮🥮 (that last one cos it resembles a jelly).
