I saw this on facebook. Lots of these appear in Adriene's yoga. In particular for roseabi , I would just like to draw your attention to the 'cow face' pose 😍 😍 😍
Lots of yummy stretches....: I saw this on... - Strength & Flex
Lots of yummy stretches....
I’ve seen happy baby described differently 🤣 as for that adductor opener, I’m gonna try it, but I struggle holding a regular squat that long... though I am getting better at a wall sit.
Fab moves, love it
My favourite yoga pose is hindi squat, child's pose and dancers (not shown on here).
I like twists too of all variations and balance too e.g. tree pose.
It's been fantastic using YWA to reconned with yoga again after many years, I am addicted! I've been practising daily except on Saturday's when I am pooped from parkrun, I will carry on into February.
Did you see the link to a monthly calendar in today's email?
No not yet, although I keep checking the website for the Feb schedule, it’s not released yet is it?
Maybe not, I think I clicked on Feb 2019. But I did think it would be useful to have someone else give me a structure for the month, assuming that the sessions on the calendar all point to free sessions available on you tube (although I didn't actually check that's the case)
I’m pretty sure all the seasons point to the free sessions available on you tube. She has 100s of vídeos in her library and I’ve been going through the library to get a glimpse.
I have also this week moved to the longer versions of her runners yoga sessions...
Runners warm up (16:08)
Runners cool down (18:00)
Runners yoga (30:30)
... totally indulging and getting more out of my running 🏃♀️
Ooh! I didn’t know she did “runners yoga”! Isn’t she a gem? Still, as I’m only on day 14 of her 2015 program I think it’ll take me a while to work my way to them 😁happy running and yoga everyone.
There ia another post written by JaoJao , listing them all. You can find it in the pinned posts on here or by following this link healthunlocked.com/strength...
These are fab, thank you 🧘♀️
My fav out of those is supine figure 4. Hehe who knew I’ve been doing a yoga pose for years, even before I started running. 😂.
