I done this wee set last night. 1st round and 2nd round OK but I really got hit hard on 3rd and 4th. Feel free to have a go and let us know how you got on. I may call a few things by different names so I've tried to explain lol 🙈
Crunches x40 (knees bent)
Heel touch x30 (each heel)
Plank 60 secs
Clean shoulder press x12 (whatever weight you can do, dumbells at side and raise to shoulders then press straight up and back down.
Hanging knees up x10 (pull your self up just before the bar and raise your knees to chest and down again. Repeat 10 times)
Repeat this for 4 rounds
