Now I know you can squat and plank at home it takes literally only a few minutes, BUT, the truth of the matter is I just donโt. I like to fit them in at the end of a weights workout in the gym just before I leave. I donโt know what it is about not doing them at home but I have accepted the fact and work with that information ๐.
So for this week.

I set up a mini gym at the end of last year for the winter and it was great, I have out grown my little weights now, I might invest in some for this winter. Last year I went flying flat on my backside trying to get to my gym when it was icy so I need to be prepared. Rfc x
Pilates two weeks in a row for me...now Mr BBr is going out running with me, I have time to do strength training while he is at golf ( I used to run then) ....
Iโm not sure about that I was getting tired just reading all you have done ๐, great going. I do feel better for it, over all the six months I have a lot less niggles and my hamstrings and ankles are so much stronger, I am beginning to feel a bit more power in my run now ๐. Rfc x
My physio progressed me on to standing on a step on tip toes going up and down on one leg really hard but they are working well. I was trying to find a video but I canโt see one, how you getting on with yours?
I am impressed, well done ๐๐. Unfortunately I have failed to do any strength exercises since starting a new job at the beginning of September ๐. Although I have managed two runs a week and post run stretching ๐
