This is so timely for me this week. I had just come to the same conclusion. My weight training is going so well BUT my running training is suffering as I don’t have enough recovery time from my weight sessions. So I am thinking I am going back to once a week and a swim rather than two sessions a week. I have been wondering the last couple of weeks if I am overdoing it at 2-3 Stregnth sessions and running and walking over 30km a week. So this week I am taking down the intensity a bit. Thanks for the share. Rfc x
Interesting read, if a little above my fitness level right now
I really need to get back in here, but i just can’t get my act together enough to commit to it. I keep letting myself get sidetracked.
