My strength ‘workouts’ this week have been sadly lacking. What I have managed to do is incorporate a few things into normal every day life.
So Sunday saw me opting to use a chair instead of my step stool (definitely the better option) to look for something on top of the fridge as then I could do step ups onto it.
Hanging out the laundry involved squats to the laundry basket instead of balancing it on the wall.
And I’ve been concentrating on my posture and core while driving
Stuff like that.
Think my report card would read ‘can do better’.
