My strength ‘workouts’ this week have been sadly lacking. What I have managed to do is incorporate a few things into normal every day life.

So Sunday saw me opting to use a chair instead of my step stool (definitely the better option) to look for something on top of the fridge as then I could do step ups onto it.

Hanging out the laundry involved squats to the laundry basket instead of balancing it on the wall.

And I’ve been concentrating on my posture and core while driving

Stuff like that.

Think my report card would read ‘can do better’.

I dunno about that report card... that’s actually a great idea to workout as part of other jobs.. I like this a lot. I suppose my squat hold can come later... finding the matching sock at the bottom of the drying 😂. We have many things around the house we do regularly, slapping some S&F into it is inspiring me right now. I’d best get little miss UNM to do all the housework tomorrow so I can observe the movements 😂

Don't knock it! Any s&f is better than none and surely incorporating it into your daily life will provide long term benefits 👏👏👏
