Lent Challenge day 4 - How to get your first Push-Up

am not sure if I am running a day late now or just late in posting, or early. I blame it on the difference in time zones and the international date line.

Anyway we are moving on up now, getting out of the darkness and today my light shines on the glories of the Push-up. No excuses for those of you who were thinking of sneaking off back to bed with a packet of biscuits muttering "I can't do push-ups"... there are scaled progressions to get you from zero to your first full Push-up, and as ever, the emphasis is on proper form.

Thanks for this Rignold , I've just done 3 sets of 10 reps of the incline press-up and managed to keep breathing throughout. I'm hoping this will get rid of my dinner lady arms/bingo wings ;-)
