Wake up, Squat Squad, it's time to get down.

I hope you all had a good and productive rest day yesterday, now it's time to drop back into the groove. The good news is I have a pleasant surprise in store for you today rather than the rather challenging one that was originally planned. The bad news is... well, there is no bad news. Who wants bad news in the morning?
