I am 74yrs of age & walk my pug dog regularly along our prom. I started C25K 4wks ago & today I finished wk 3 ....which is fine for me as I don't want to overdo it with knees & lower back. Today I have printed off strength & flex exercises & am considering having a go to see if they strengthen but not harm me as I would like to go further with C25K .... feedback ??

Sorry I didn't reply yesterday, manic night at work the night before. It sounds like a great idea, the two are built to compliment each other. As with the C25k take it nice and steady and take the time you need so everything feels at a comfortable pace. Keep coming back and let us know how you are getting on.
Ps love your pug, soooo cute.
Ahh, what a cute doggie - does your dog jog along with you? You would be able to do the stretch and flex exercises while walking with your dog. I do mine in the forest (using trees, logs etc) while I walk my springer spaniel. Best of luck to you
