Hello all! Im interested in doing these challenges as I would like to be more flexible, and definitely gain strength! Can this be done at home or does it require gym equipment? What sort of workouts does it include?

Hi there the NHS and podcast are great for getting you outdoors and doing a combination of Stregnth and flexibility movements in the outdoors using things that you can find along the way. Some of us found it hard to fit it all in so go for walks and do the individual exercises at a different time. The only one you will have a problem doing at home is the pull up but everything else you can do at home.
