I am 76 year old woman with many health issues. I would like to be active after years of inactivity. This looks like the place to start. Just a few of my problem, asthma, coronary heart disease, irregular heart, and curved spine.

Hi there and welcome.take anything you start easy as our bodies respond better with a gentle progression when it comes to exercise. Do you walk at all, if so there is a great walking for health forum and a virtual walking group you can join. I myself am coming back from major surgery so there are lots of people all at different levels in it. What sort of thing do you think you want to be doing?
