I am new here..

Hello, I do s bit of exercise in the gym and I go walking.

I recently have pain around my chest and neck muscles so I am trying to do light stretching and I am using pain killers and gel.

Has anyone got any other advice?

Thank you in advance.

The strength and flex podcasts are very useful to start building muscle and stretching. I would just do what is comfortable and build up from there. That way you are less likely to stress any injury out. If in any doubt have a word with your Gp.

Its ok I have sussed it out, I'm ok with building muscle and now I have worked out how to sort the muscle strain out.

Thanks for replying.
