Hi im a 60 plus lady who is overweight im trying this as I have osteoporosis so loose my balance then my bones break I have many health issues so hope this will help with my core strength

I would strongly recommend yoga if you are overweight and with osteoporosis. Yoga will help you strengthen your bones without strain. (I am an experienced yoga teacher, who is also trying to ensure that I don't get osteoporosis like my mother.) If well taught it will also begin to motivate you to lose weight, as and when you are ready.
