Done it!

Part of me genuinely didn't think I'd stick with it but I've just completed my third session of Strength and Flex level 5. A big thank you to everyone involved in putting together the programme and the podcasts - and if you're reading this wondering if you can finish S&F - if I can, anyone can.

I intend to carry on doing S&F on alternate days at least until I finish C25K (Week7R3 tomorrow) - does anyone have any suggestions as to what to move on to after that?
