On the move to better heart health

The Start Moving Community often talks about how movement and mobility is good for all our health. Its good for our joints, its good for our hearts and its good for our minds. When we have joint pain that might make us feel like moving less, but that will only add to health problems. So joint pain is a "risk factor" for heart disease.

This is a link to a really good (but long) publication about risk factors and heart health. Really good for motivating you to move!
