Hello, I'm sorry you fell and hurt your knees. Did you have to go and see anyone or have you recovered and it just frightened you. I often feel as I am starting to lose strength in my legs and knees. Came across this site and thought you might find it useful.

Hi, Did you see a doctor after you fell? If your knees are painful, it is important to make sure they are bruised or something more.
