Weak joints?

For as long as I can remember i've had problems with my right ankle and right wrist. Since starting exercising my knees have now joined in the pain symphony and i'm just wondering if I might have 'weak' or 'unstable' joints.

I've been checked for hypermobility and have only one part in my shoulder where i tore a ligament.

It's not arthritis.

Just curious really. I mostly manage by whacking on a support if painful.

Hi luluV ! What type of exercises do you generally do?

Hi, welcome to the group. You say that you were checked for hypermobility. Was this by a physician or other healthcare provider?
