Small Iumps near eyes..

hello everyone i would just like to know does any1 else on occasions when ur havn a flare up get little painful pea size lump or swelling right at the outside corner of the eyes??? its mainly the right eye...I can feel a little niggling pain when i blink then in the morning i have a lump ..it cant be moved under the skin like a cist would its more like a gland swollen but i dont think we have glands there it really stings and in very visable ..it stays for 3days then just goes i have one today..can anyone give me any ideas at all on this my doc has been no help.
